We waited a bit longer and then when ALL of the guests were there and STILL no place for us, we decided to go to a park down the street instead. At that point I was super pissed off! Every aspect of working to plan our party at this place was messed up. The others were not really much to talk about and we had planned to be in the same field for the time we had talked about back in August. Then it came to our attention that they expected us to play on the field for 10 minutes at a time and rotate to each of the other fields bc they only had 5 open. So although I was there early to set up our tables, we were still standing there when our guests began to arrive with no place to be. How they thought 50 people could be there is beyond me.) Those folks were also having a birthday party and did not seem to be leaving anytime soon.

I said fine bc we were planning to have some pizza firstand would be there about an hour before we wanted to play. They stated that there was seating for 50 people and it usually wasn't that busy at that time, but if someone was on that field we would have to wait for them to finish their game. And I called again in the morning to talk to a real person. I ended up asking a kid who was playing if he was familiar with the place and he told us which fields were the ones that were available.We decided to make the best of it and chose a different xsage(no one answered 2 hours before closing) just to reconfirm the plan. In fact no one even bothered to try to show us what else was open or not. They didn't seem all that concerned about the situation. We were having a themed party and that bus was a big reason for choosing the venue. The thing I was upset with mainly at this point is that no one bothered to give me a call to let me know that. However, part of that is happening on the field we discussed. It looks like they are putting in mini golf and go carts. It will probably be really cool when they are done. They are doing a lot of construction on the place.
Fast forward to yesterday, when I went in to see where picnic tables were available to set up. They said it was fine and we could have 3 hours to play. It was a smallish group, 12 players and a few others. I went in and booked a party in early August for today, October 24th.
